Do payments and financing really cost nothing?
Yes. Card, ACH, and financing are free features inside Ritmas. We earn a small share of the payment volume we help you move, so the software is built to pay for itself instead of charging you more per seat.
What counts as a seat?
A seat is anyone who logs in, office staff and field techs alike. Each plan includes a set number of seats, and extra seats are a flat monthly rate, so there are no per-tech billing surprises.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. You can move up or down at any time and the change is prorated. There is no penalty for switching as your team grows or your season changes.
Is there a contract or lock-in?
No. Plans are month to month, or annual if you want two months free, and you can cancel anytime. Your data is always yours to export.
Is there a free trial?
Yes. Ritmas comes with a 14-day free trial and no credit card required, so you can run real jobs through it before you pay for anything.
When does Ritmas launch, and what does the waitlist get me?
