Field service management software
Ritmas runs the operating spine of a service business: the schedule, the work, the paperwork, and the money that follows. One system from the first call to the paid invoice.
What Ritmas does
Scheduling and dispatch
Build the day on a calendar and a map. Assign visits to the right technician, see capacity before you commit, and keep the board honest as jobs move.
Work orders and visits
A work order holds the job. Visits are the scheduled field events under it, each with its own crew, status, and record of what happened on site.
Estimates and approvals
Send an estimate the customer can read and approve from a link. Approved work becomes scheduled work without re-entering anything.
Invoicing and payments
Invoice from what was actually done, then collect. Payment records, credits, and the accounting hand-off stay attached to the job that produced them.
Customers and properties
Accounts, contacts, and service locations in one place, with the full history of what was quoted, scheduled, done, and billed at each one.
Customer communication
Appointment reminders and status updates go out from the same system that holds the schedule, so what the customer is told matches what is booked.
Who it is for
Residential and commercial service contractors who send technicians to customer sites: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing, landscaping, pest control, cleaning, and the trades alongside them. Ritmas is built for the office and the field at once, so the person booking the job and the person doing it are working from the same record.
Messaging
Ritmas sends text messages on behalf of the service businesses that use it, to their own customers, about work those customers have requested or scheduled. Messages are transactional and job-related. They include:
- Appointment confirmations and reminders
- Technician dispatch and arrival-window updates
- Links to review and approve an estimate
- Links to view and pay an invoice
- Follow-up on completed work
Recipients are the customers of the business sending the message, and a phone number is only messaged when that customer has provided it in the course of requesting or scheduling service. Reply STOP to any message to opt out, or HELP for assistance. Message and data rates may apply. We do not sell customer contact information, and we do not send marketing messages to a business's customers on our own behalf. See our Privacy Policy for how this data is handled.
